We process data to answer planning requests and prepare offers, to arrange bookings, to meet legal and accounting duties, and to keep the site secure. The lawful bases are your consent, performance of a contract and our legal obligations under Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VI, Article 6.

Essential cookies keep the site working. Non-essential cookies and analytics run only after you consent and can be withdrawn at any time through your browser or cookie settings.
5. Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the principal tour operator, accommodation and activity providers, payment processors and IT suppliers acting on our instructions. Where we act as a travel agent, we identify the principal tour operator in line with Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR and Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity” No. 222-VIII.
6. Retention and security
Request data is kept for 24 months from the last contact, and accounting records for the period required by law. Access is restricted and protected by technical and organisational measures.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to contact@phyzeria.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII.
