Ski planning agency · Kyiv
Tell us which facilities matter, the lodging you prefer, how long you can travel and which activities you need. We compare resorts in a fixed column order and send a plan you can check line by line.
The planning fee is quoted separately from lodging, transfers, lift passes, rental, insurance and local resort fees. Snow conditions and lift operations depend on weather.

How matching works
Each resort in a written plan is placed against the same five inputs. Nothing is added because it reads well in a brochure.
Beginner share, red and black mileage, and the number of lifts serving the upper slopes decide whether a resort enters the shortlist at all. A mountain that suits one skier in the group and strands another is dropped.
Read as: kilometres per difficulty band, lifts per base station
Hotel, apartment or guesthouse is matched to the group, then filtered by the real walking time to the nearest lift. A cheaper bed becomes a worse match once it adds a daily shuttle ride.
Read as: property type, minutes on foot to the lift
A three-night trip and a ten-night trip pull different resorts. Transfer length from the arrival point is weighed against slope time, so a long road leg is only accepted when the skiing justifies it.
Read as: nights on the ground, transfer hours each way
Non-skiing options such as spa access, sledging runs or a town within walking distance are listed per resort. They shape the match for mixed groups and for the rest days in a longer stay.
Read as: named activities, availability by season
Every recommendation carries the typical season window and a plain statement that snow, lift operations and activity availability depend on weather and local conditions. No resort is promised as snow-safe.
Read as: season dates, stated weather dependency
Fixed columns, same order for every resort: transfer time, terrain split, lodging types, non-ski activity, season window. Read across one row and the comparison is done.
| Resort | Transfer | Terrain split | Lodging types | Non-ski activity | Season window |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bukovel | 3 h 40 min | 20 / 55 / 25 | Slope-side hotel, apartment, guesthouse | Thermal pools, snowmobile tours | Late Dec to early Apr |
| Dragobrat | 5 h 10 min | 35 / 45 / 20 | Mountain lodge, guesthouse | Backcountry tours, sauna evenings | Mid Dec to late Mar |
| Slavske | 2 h 50 min | 45 / 40 / 15 | Apartment, family guesthouse | Sledding, local craft workshops | Early Jan to mid Mar |
Terrain split reads beginner / intermediate / advanced as a share of marked runs.
Sample plan
Every traveler receives a plan in this shape. Each day names the resort, the ski school block, one non-ski activity, and the transfer or rest window that holds them together. Length, ability level, and lodging preference reshape it.
Day 1
Station transfer, check-in, then a rental fitting so the first morning is not spent queueing at the depot.
Day 2
Two hours with an instructor on the lower terrain, then a free afternoon on the same lifts your pass already covers.
Day 3
The day the plan moves you to the second resort area, matched to the terrain split noted in the ledger, with a rest window before dinner.
Day 4
Morning laps at your own pace, then the activity your brief asked for. Weather and local operators decide what actually runs.
Day 5
One final session close to the lodging, equipment return, and the transfer window written into your route.
Snow conditions, lift operations, and activity availability depend on weather and local conditions. The planning fee is separate from lodging, transfers, lift passes, rental, insurance, and mandatory local resort fees. Read what the fee excludes, compare resort attributes in the ledger, or request a plan for your own dates.
Accommodation proof
Every resort match comes back with two options, each row stating the lodging type, the walking time to the nearest lift, and the breakfast terms we confirmed with the property.
Walking minutes are measured from the building entrance to the nearest lift base, on foot, in normal winter footwear. Breakfast times follow each property's own schedule and are re-confirmed before you book.
We work with a network of lodging partners and do not represent resorts, hotels or airlines. Snow conditions, lift operations and activity availability depend on weather and local conditions.
Fees and exclusions
The plan is a written document priced separately from travel. We quote the planning fee before work starts. Lodging, transfers, lift passes, rental, insurance, and mandatory local resort fees are contracted and paid by you.
The fee is charged once per group, not per traveler. It is not a deposit and is not credited against travel costs. Booking and fees terms.

Next step
You receive three resort matches, two lodging options for each with walking minutes to the lift, the transfer route and duration, and a day-by-day activity outline built around your dates and preferences.
Sending a request does not book anything. Snow conditions, lift operations and activity availability depend on weather and local conditions. We work with a network of lodging partners and do not represent resorts, hotels, airlines or transfer operators.
