We act as a travel agent for the suppliers named in your confirmation; where tour-operator activity is involved, we disclose the principal tour operator and licence details, per Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR and Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity” No. 222-VIII.
2. Pre-contract information
Before you order we publish our legal name, registered location, registration code, contact details and licence information, per Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII, Article 7.
3. Total price and mandatory fees
Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) unless stated otherwise. The total price includes all mandatory fees and taxes, itemised before you confirm; optional extras are added only with your express choice. Claims about resorts, accommodation, prices and availability are truthful and not misleading, per Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR.
4. Payment
Pay by the methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment is received and we send written confirmation of the services, total price and cancellation terms.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel in writing to contact@phyzeria.com. Cancellation terms and charges are disclosed before you order. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII. Refunds are returned by the original payment method.
6. Insolvency protection
Where your booking includes services covered by insolvency protection, the provider is named in your confirmation; where it does not apply, the confirmation says so.
7. Complaints and redress
Complaints: contact@phyzeria.com or +380 932 580 8948; we reply within statutory time limits and explain the route to consumer dispute redress. Personal data is processed per Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VI, Article 6.
