Snow depth, lift and slope openings, ski-school schedules, equipment and other resort conditions depend on weather and resort operators. We do not guarantee particular snow, weather, terrain or operational conditions. Confirm current conditions with the resort or provider before booking.

Availability, prices and activities

Availability and prices for accommodation, transfers, passes and activities may change and are confirmed only at booking. Descriptions must be truthful, identifiable and not misleading under the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR. We correct errors and offer an appropriate remedy.

Insurance and responsibility

Winter sports and outdoor activities carry risk. Arrange travel and medical insurance covering your planned activities and check passport, visa, health, safety and entry requirements. Follow provider safety rules and verify instructor and activity-provider credentials.

Where tour-operator activity is involved, we disclose the principal tour operator and licence details before you order under the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR and the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity” No. 222-VIII. Pre-order trader identity is provided under the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII, Article 7.
