1. Company and service scope

This site is operated by LLC phyzeria.com; company details appear in the footer. We provide ski holiday planning and booking assistance as a travel agent/booking intermediary unless stated otherwise. Where tour-operator activity is involved, we disclose the principal tour operator and licence details before you order. 2. Website use

Use this site only for lawful enquiries. Give accurate details and do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content or interfere with its operation. Check resort, accommodation, activity, price and availability details before booking.

3. Advertising and IP

Resort, accommodation, activity, price and availability information is truthful and identifiable; confirm final details before ordering. See Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR. Site content, branding and layout belong to LLC phyzeria.com or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.

4. Liability, consumer rights and complaints

We take care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits mandatory statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not waive your rights under Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII. Contact us first; if unresolved, you may apply to the competent consumer protection authority and the courts of Ukraine.

5. Personal data and governing law

We process personal data on a lawful basis and, where required, with prior consent, including for non-essential cookies; our privacy notice identifies the controller. See Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VI, Article 6. These terms are governed by Ukrainian law and may be updated.
